HB Property Services / Consultants in conjunction with Appointed Sub Contractor have extensive experience in the projects that they are assigned to.

Our starting point will always be to determine the exact need of our clients and from there to decide what sub-contractor to appoint and deliver an excellent product.

HB Property Services / Consultants are a business in operation for 10 years and have various preferred client base, i.e. Banking Sector, Insurance Sector, Private Clients, Attorneys, Municipalities and Corporate Clients.

Appraisals

Appraisals are estimated by knowledge of the local area and recent sale prices and should only ever be used as an estimate of price.

Since established, HB Property Consultants have worked with various organisations in the public and private sector to provide these values.

Valuations

A formal valuation can only be conducted by a qualified valuer who has undertaken the required training education and training in this field to ensure that they take into account all features and issues relating to a particular property. HB Property Consultants only employ property valuers that are duly qualified and registered with the South African Council for Property Values, registered under Property Valuers Profession Act, 2000.

Building Project Management

Project management is discipline of imitating, planning, executing, controlling and co-ordinating the work of a team to achieve specific goals to meet an overall objective.

HB has more than 30 years of project management experience, from quality control, management of site meetings, minutes and snag list on completion reporting and interacting with appointed builders where there is a dispute, we now offer this range of extensive experiences to our customers.

    About Us

    HB Property Services / Consultants was established in 2009, in the Western Cape, and during 2010 expanded to Gauteng, North West and KwaZulu Natal to deliver a valuable service to our client base.

    Currently we have offices in the Western Cape, Johannesburg and Mafikeng North West.

    We provide a service to our client base in the whole of South Africa.

    HB Property Services / Consultants in conjunction with various role players in the Valuation field try to stay informed of new technology, and to use practical, easy to use valuation methods to establish a fair market value for our clients. We are prepared to pass on any cost saving through technology to our clients.
